1Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Enigma Apps (“book&play”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, opening or using the book&play app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2Acceptable use and moderation

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on book&play. By creating an account you agree not to post, send or share content that is:

• abusive, harassing, threatening or intended to intimidate another person;
• hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
• sexually explicit, obscene or otherwise offensive;
• violent, or encouraging violence or self-harm;
• illegal, fraudulent, or infringing on someone else’s rights;
• spam, or an impersonation of another person.

Reporting. Every message in the app can be reported from a long press, and every conversation can be reported from its menu. You can also block any person from the same menu: their messages disappear from your view immediately, and the message you blocked them over is sent to us for review.

What we do about it. We review every report within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld we remove the offending content and suspend or permanently terminate the account that posted it. Serious cases are terminated on the first offence, without warning, and we may report unlawful behaviour to the authorities.

Filtering. The app refuses to send messages containing offensive language, and masks such language in content that reaches it by other means. This filter is a first line only, and does not replace reporting.

3What book&play does

book&play is a community and discovery platform for sport. Through the app you can:

• Book — find courts and pitches near you, see real-time availability and reserve a slot.
• Match — create or join open matches filtered by sport, location, date and level.
• Coach — browse verified coaches and arrange training sessions with them.
• Tournaments — see local tournaments and club events and enter them.

Which sports are available depends on what the venues in your area list. Venues, court and field owners, coaches and organisers are independent third parties, not us: they manage their courts, pitches, schedules, prices and events in their own separate web admin panel. We put you in touch and record the reservation; the service itself is theirs.

4No payments in the app

The app does not process payments and takes no fee from you. Court, pitch, coaching and tournament entry fees are agreed with and paid directly to the venue, owner, coach or organiser, under their own pricing, cancellation and refund rules. Ask them before you book. We are not a party to that payment, cannot issue refunds, and are not responsible for money disputes between you and them.

5Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Fake profiles and impersonation are not allowed.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@bookplayapp.com if you think someone else has access.

6Reservations, matches, coaching and tournaments

• Availability comes from the venues and coaches. A slot is held only briefly while you complete a reservation, and a reservation is confirmed only when the venue or coach confirms it.
• Turn up on time. If you cannot make it, cancel in the app as early as possible so the slot and the match can be released.
• If you host an open match, you are responsible for the reservation itself. If you cancel it, everyone who joined is notified.
• Repeated no-shows and late cancellations lower your fair-play score and can lead to suspension.
• Venues and coaches may cancel for reasons such as weather, maintenance or illness. We pass the notification on but are not liable for the cancellation.

7Levels, results and fair play

• You have a separate skill level for each sport you play, calculated from results your opponents have confirmed. Early levels are provisional and move faster until you have played enough matches.
• A result submitted by one player takes effect once an opponent confirms it, or automatically after 48 hours without a dispute.
• Only verified participants of a match may give each other fair-play ratings, and only about that match.
• Falsifying scores, arranging results, farming levels with the same partner, or abusing fair-play ratings will be reviewed by our administrators and can lead to level resets, removal from rank tables or account termination.
• Levels and rank positions are provided as they are. They carry no monetary value and may be recalculated or corrected.

8Conduct and content

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, in chat or in person;
• post illegal, obscene, hateful or misleading content, or content that is not yours to post;
• use the app to advertise, spam, recruit or sell unrelated goods and services;
• use another person's account, scrape the app, reverse-engineer it, bypass limits, or interfere with its security;
• collect other players' personal data, or contact them outside the app for anything other than the match, lesson or event you share.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it inside the app for the purpose of running the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful behaviour to the authorities.

9Play at your own risk

Sport is physical and you take part at your own risk. Make sure you are medically fit, use suitable equipment, and check the condition of the venue. Meeting people you do not know carries risk: play at public venues, tell someone where you are going, and report anything that concerns you. book&play does not run background checks on players. Coaches are checked only for the certifications they submit, and nothing more.

10Availability of the app

We work to keep book&play running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may release updates you need to install to keep using the app.

11Intellectual property

The book&play name, logo, app and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Everything else stays with us.

12Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property at a venue, the conduct of any player, coach, venue or organiser, the quality or safety of a court, pitch or lesson, cancellations, or money disputes with third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the app, which is normally zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, put others at risk, or misuse levels and ratings, and we will tell you the reason unless the law prevents us.

14Apple App Store

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app and no responsibility for it or for any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on a prohibited-parties list, and you will use the app in line with Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. If you keep using book&play after a change takes effect, you accept it.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Azerbaijan, and disputes go to the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
